Eagan Coffee on Saturday!

It's only Wednesday and I'm already counting down the days to see all of you on Saturday.  Usually these posts don't come until Thursday; but I'm jonesing for a meet 'n greet.

Let's all get together and see how we're all doing.  Of course, we're all doing better since we're on the Losers' Bench together. However, we always need a boost of peer companionship and some affirmation of what we've learned this past week.

I hope our newest loser, Mary, is able to make it as well as all of the usual and unusual suspects.  This is a great place for newbies to show up and meet some very understanding, wise and helpful WLS friends.

I'll be at the Byerly's in Eagan (Caribou Coffee area) at 8:30 AM.  Who's coming with me?

Wish I could make it, but I am riding in the Flood Run on Saturday, we are leaving early in the morning.  If at all possible, I will swing in, just to say hi to you all.  I totally enjoyed meeting you guys on my first visit and am greatful to have so many people to turn to with questions.

Have you talked with Mary?  I do not have her as a friend on here and have heard nothing about how her surgery went or how she is doing. 

I am doing pretty good - still doing sip - sip - sip and trying to get everything in during the course of my day.

I plan on being there....How was your trip?  I know you had a good time.....talked to Mary and she is getting better every day.....She thought she would be there on Saturday....so that will be fun....See you soon....Fran

Welcome home, cumbawah. I got home on Saturday from the hospital. I spoken with Nicole and Fran. Doing well. I well be seeing MD tomorrow-Thursday. I too am looking forward to seeing all of you.

I'm not gonna make it this time.  I'm at theatre rehearsal every night this week (late) and I KNOW I'm gonna need to sleep in.  In fact, I'd doze off now if I had a pillow! 

 Is it possible for a newbie  (pre-op) to come to your gathering?  I am in the process of getting all the stuff done for insurance approval.  Labs and gallbladder ultrasound on Wed, then final psych eval appt on Friday.  

I have lots of questions, and would really like to hear from those of you who are already on this journey.
